We represent PSC patients internationally to evidence and articulate their unmet needs and research priorities.
PSC Support also funds vital PSC research and works with and supports researchers by:
- influencing medicine development policy for PSC
- advancing international regulatory science for the treatment of PSC in the PSC Forum steering committee
- driving UK and international PSC research in the UK-PSC Support steering committee
- advancing and shaping PSC research in the BASL Special Interest Group for Immune-Mediated Liver Disease
- funding PSC Support Research Project Grants
- supporting research and involving PSC patients in research to improve recruitment and retention of participants in studies with patient-centred planning
- being active in the rare disease community
